Central Message of John the Baptist

The central message of John the Baptist was: The One coming after me is greater than me. Someone more powerful than I will come after me. I am unworthy to stoop down and untie the strap of His sandals.I have baptized you with water but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.

The central message of John the Baptist was:

  1. The One coming after me is greater than me. Someone more powerful than I will come after me.
  2. I am unworthy to stoop down and untie the strap of His sandals.
  3. I have baptized you with water but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.

Even today the greater One is coming to you. He is far greater than any situation that you are facing.  He is greater than all your internal struggles, outward needs, heartaches, enemy’s attacks and…..  name whatever you want to. Jesus is greater! In His name every knee shall bow……. and every tongue shall confess that He is Lord. Don’t limit Him. Before He comes for His people, He will come to His people. May the Lord visit you soon.

Secondly, we realise that we are absolutely unworthy of any of His manifold blessings. He comes to us in His pure love and mercy. This makes us fall before Him in worship and adoration. When we get a revelation of His greatness and glory then only we will know our littleness and become humble. He is worthy of our love and obedience. Glory be to His Holy name. Please come to us Lord Jesus. May your people have an experience with you in these last days.

Finally, Jesus is the baptizer in the Holy Spirit. It is His desire to flood you with His Spirit. He has prayed to the Father to give you another Comforter, to be with you and in you. The Lord will remove every hurdle and lead His church/people  into the fullness of His Spirit before His return.

Be Blessed! And Be filled to the overflowing!!

God bless you!

Is Jesus your highest and only prized possession?
Moses chose to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he looked to the reward (Heb. 11:24-26).
