Ezekiel says that when he was among the captives/exiles, the heavens opened for him and he saw visions of God and visions of heaven. (Eze 1:1)
God revealed Himself and His purpose to Ezekiel in the most difficult time of his life.
Are you also going through some difficult, dry and strange time in your life? Are you exhausted, tired and helpless. Expect God to reveal Himself and His purpose to you.
When Hagar was running away from her mistress, struggling and not knowing what to do. The Angel of the Lord found her by the spring of water in the wilderness and spoke to her and revealed God’s purpose to her. Therefore, she named the Lord who spoke to her, “The God Who Sees“……”Have I really seen the One Who sees me”? (Read Genesis 16th chapter)
Many times we are under the impression that when we pray much and fast, God will reveal Himself and His purpose to us. Yes, He may, but most of the times He reveals Himself to us and comes to us when we are broken and afflicted. Because He is merciful.
Talk to Him today, seek His face and ask Him to unveil Himself to you. Ask Him to show you His purpose for your life, ministry, nations and for His church.
This is the season of Revelation, get ready!
God bless you!
