Rays of Love. (“ROL”, “we”, “us” and terms of similar meaning) provides this web site (in these terms we call this site and any successor websites, and any services provided by ROL for use with the site, the “Site”) to you subject to these terms and conditions of use (these “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site or by simply browsing the Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all terms, policies and guidelines incorporated by reference in these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you may not use the Site. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Web Site.

This Site is not intended to be used by children. You must be at least of the age of majority to use this Site.

Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to our site (the “Site”). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement. By using the Site you agree to our use, collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Payments

You represent and warrant that:

• any credit information you supply is true and complete
• charges incurred by you will be honored by you and your credit card company
• you will pay the charges incurred by you at the agreed upon prices, including any applicable taxes

Return Policy

• If the items delivered have any manufacturing defects they can be returned and replaced within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
• Please notify our office by writing us an email at raysoflove@raysoflove.in and we will be happy to assist you.
• All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item

Cancellation Policy

• There is no provision for cancellation.
• Please notify our office by writing us an email at raysoflove@raysoflove.in and we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery and Shipping policy

• For orders of messages a link will be immediately sent to you through which you may download the message onto your device. Please note that the message can be downloaded only a certain number of times.
• While ordering Sunday service messages the link will be sent to your email ID once the message has been made ready during that week.
• Placing an order for delivery of CD/DVD will get delivered within 7-10 working days from the time of placing the order.
• The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days. Typically, these include Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are usually not considered.
• Registered Post or Speed post will be the preferred mode of shipment.
• Messages purchased by you shall not be shared and distributed as it hinders the resources of the ministry. Kindly use these messages for your personal use only.

Copyright

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, is strictly prohibited. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use

Your license for access and use of the Site and any information, materials or documents (collectively defined as “Content and Materials”) therein are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use: You may not:

Errors, Corrections and Changes

We do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality or content of the Site at any time without notice. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.

Third party content may appear on the Site or may be accessible via links from the Site. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Nontransferable

Your right to use the Site is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable or assignable.

This Agreement and all incorporated agreements and your information may be automatically assigned by us in our sole discretion to a third party in the event of an acquisition, sale or merger. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
