Declare your Victory

Jesus was betrayed, arrested, beaten and crucified, He declared His victory – even before the battle began.

In this article, we are going to see our precious Lord Jesus and a few others in the Bible who declared their victory and the answer even before they could face any situation.

John 13:31 says that when Judas Iscariot was gone out to betray Jesus, Jesus said, “Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him. If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him”.

Here, in the above verse we notice that even before Jesus was betrayed, arrested, beaten and crucified, He declared His victory – even before the battle began.

Even in John 12:23 Jesus said, “And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified”.

Jesus declared victory even before He could go to the cross. The hour of His conflict with Satan was to be that of His triumph over him and exaltation to heaven.

Jesus announced, with a burst of triumph, that the hour of His glory has arrived! And what is very remarkable here is that He repeats this word “glorify” five times.

We see David also doing the same thing even before he could fight with Goliath. He declared in 1 Sam 17:32-37 “And David said to Saul, Let no man’s heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine.
And Saul said to David, Thou art not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him: for thou art but a youth, and he a man of war from his youth.
And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock:
And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him.
Thy servant slew both the lion and bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the living God.
David said moreover, The LORD delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go and the LORD be with thee.”

David even told Goliath in l Samuel 17:45-47 “Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comets to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied.
This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and I will give the carcasses of the host of the Philistines this day unto the fowls of the air, and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.
And all this assembly shall know that the Lord save not with sword and spear: for the battle is the Lord’s, and he will give you into our hands.”

Even Abraham also did the same thing when he was tried, and was on his way to offer Issac. Gen 22:7-8 says: “And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together.”

Abraham declared that God would meet his need.

Another person who declared her healing even before it happened was that lady with the issue of blood. We read about her in Mark 5:27-29 “When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. ”

Beloved, in which area of your life you need a miracle? What is your need? Begin to declare by faith the answer and the promises of God. Faith moves God and He will bring it to pass. David said in Psalms 27:13 “I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living”. And again, in Psalms 118:17 ” I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord”. You need to believe and you need to declare.

2 Cor 4:13 says; “We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;”. Today, God is calling us to believe and speak. BELIEVE AND SPEAK! You are going to see the move of God as never before in your life. Start declaring what the good Lord has promised you with faith. Heaven and earth will pass away but His Word will remain the same.

“Today, God is calling us to believe and speak. BELIEVE AND SPEAK! You are going to see the move of God as never before in your life. Start declaring what the good Lord has promised you with faith”

His Word is established in heaven forever. As the widow brought her last two mites, all she had into the temple. In the same way bring your last few words before the Lord by saying, “It will be done to me even as it has been promised to me”. Declare, “I am about to receive my break through, I am healed, I am prosperous, I am more than a conqueror, I will see the face of the Lord, I will have a visitation.”

Speak out my friend, you won’t lose anything but on the contrary, you will gain something. You will gain your Victory. As Jesus triumphed you too will triumph. Let nothing stop you from believing God for your miracle and speaking out His promises.

May God bless this message to your heart.
